I’m Madi and I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2014. I started my career as an apprentice, worked behind the chair for 7 years, then took the leap as a salon suite owner. Every year I have taken advanced education to not only further my knowledge, but keep up with the ever-changing trends in this industry. My goal is to help you love your hair again. - My specialties are blondes, lived in color / balayage & extensions. CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request a minimum of 48 hours for all appointment cancellations. A credit card is now required to hold an appointment. Cancellations made in this 48 hour window and no-shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the service cost. Furthermore, a non-transferable deposit may be required if the client reschedules an appointment more than once. LATENESS POLICY: Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. The client will be charged for the last minute cancellation. REFUND POLICY: We pride ourselves on exceptional quality of work. We will do our best to ensure all guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please reach out to the salon within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made, no refunds will be issued and we will do our best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner.
